Telling the Story

To cover the three main aspects of Elastic's offerings: Search, Observability, and Security, Mass FX created a trio of hero videos. The goal was to demonstrate how easy Elastic customers can resolve issues through Elastic's platform before their end customers are even aware there's a problem. The Search spot featured above showcases how Elastic’s behind-the-scenes solutions prevent a meltdown when a little girl can’t watch her favorite streamer.

Observability

Sometimes when your message isn’t clear, the results can be disastrous. This spot shows the value of keeping your platform up and running and learning about outages right away so your customers don’t skip a beat.

Security

Devon nearly brings down the whole company by not adhering to security protocols. Elastic’s security abilities can give and remove access to keep your company running smoothly whether the threat is inside or out.

Content is King

This project encompassed a diverse range of social media deliverables, including additional short-form content meticulously crafted from the shoot and optimized for various social media platforms which we called nibbles and snacks.

UI...UI...UI...Oh My!

Because of the nature of ever-changing software, we planned to film all devices without content, then replace the screens in post. We designed and simplified Elastic's software and created faux brands to demonstrate the type of customers that Elastic supports. Since the talent couldn't see the user interface, we used Figma to advance basic green screens with simple targets then directed the timing based on our animatic.
